Lighthouse Fireflies
Written by Anne Margaret Lewis
Illustrated by Mary Frey
Much to the little lighthouse sweeper’s surprise, he has captured one of the brightest fireflies. This is a charming and entrancing story of trust and true friendship. Those who love lighthouses and fireflies will love this book, which is destined to become a classic.
The fanciful tale of Lighthouse Fireflies returns the
reader to former days when lighthouses were still home
to keepers and their families. Growing up at an isolated
lighthouse provided children ample time to explore their
surroundings, and their imaginations often led to unique
adventures.
